6 x 1 hour one-to-one meetings with me (over 4 months) to create solid foundations for your business, from defining your ideal customer, piloting your products and services, working out your finances, and crafting a crystal clear message
A focus sheet to help you reflect on your progress, keep on track and stay focused
Resources and support documents for each step so you know how to implement everything and can re-use these tools in the future

The whole process works like this –
To guarantee that you get the most out of our time together, I have to make sure we’re a perfect fit for each other.
So first, you book a free consultation with me.
When we meet, we’ll talk through where you’re currently at and answer questions you may have.
After our consultation, if we’re both good to go, we’ll book in your first session and you’ll set up your payment through PayPal or mPesa (I’ll give you instructions on how to do this).
You’ll receive your checklist to complete before your first session. Plan ahead for this because it could take up to an hour to work through.
Our sessions will always take place over Skype or telephone, last for an hour, and be scheduled every 2-3 weeks so you stay focused. At the end of each session, you’ll have actions to work on before our next session.
On the morning of each subsequent session, you’ll send me an updated checklist and a focus sheet to reflect on your progress since we last spoke. To get the most of each session, you should allocate at least 30 minutes for this.
