Rejection sucks. You don’t want to waste time, money and resources creating something that no one wants to buy.
STEP 4: You know how to talk about your business with clarity & confidence, so you can attract your ideal customer.
You need to be able to share your story in a way that make sense. Not just to you, but to the people you tell it to.
You want your words to flow right out of you in, both in person and online, so they inspire people to become customers (or for people to partner with you, invest in you, etc.). No more confusion. No more blank stares.
STEP 5: You price your products & service properly, so that you can make a living doing the work you love.

To do this, you must stop hiding from your numbers. You must know how much things are going to cost, how much people are willing to pay, how much you need to sell and how to plug the gaps.

Hey! I’m Danielle Anderson. I have 10+ years of experience in strategy design, product development, and business management. I started Step & Stone after throwing in the towel on my “successful” career and following my own passion to help others make a living doing what they love, without compromising on their values.

A focus sheet to help you reflect on your progress, keep on track and stay focused
Resources, exercises and support documents for each step so you know how to implement everything and can re-use these tools in the future

When we meet, we’ll talk through where you’re currently at and answer questions you may have.
After our consultation, if we’re both good to go, we’ll book in your first session and you’ll set up your payment through PayPal or mPesa (I’ll give you instructions on how to do this).
Within one business day, you’ll receive some documents to complete, along with your checklist as homework for your first session. And we’ll get that session booked in!
These will always take place online (via Zoom), last for an hour, and be scheduled every 2-3 weeks so you stay focused. At the end of each session, you’ll have actions to work on before our next session.
On the morning of each subsequent session, you’ll send me an updated checklist and a focus sheet to reflect on your progress since we last spoke. To get the most of each session, you should allocate at least 30 minutes for this.
